Most sleep disorders come from fear! Anxiety stress, there is a fight going on the inside of you! This is why many can sleep for eight hours and wake up feeling like they have not slept at all. A part of your soul is tormented. It could be something your conscience of. Or your just pain out right ignoring and fighting against it. Most of the time it is beyond your conscience thought. Life circumstances project themselves into the future. You are spending to mush time taking though for tomorrow! MATTHEW 6:34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day [is] the evil thereof. Fear is the spirit that causes all of this! Fear is a principality! Meaning a stronghold. Job suffered the same thing Job 3:25. If you are not worried about tomorrow, you WILL sleep tonight! You’re to busy majoring in the minors rather than minoring in the majors. The cares of this life has got you bound! Step number one if you are a believer then get back into focus! GOD FIRST! You care more about and for your own life rather than God! MATTHEW 16:25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. If you’re not saved, then you do not anything to worry about! You won’t be delivered! Rest and peace is only for the converted believer in Jesus Christ.
