What is a Demon?

Demon spirits are fallen spirits who rebelled against God with Satan
(Rev. 12:3-9). Demon spirits seek to invade and indwell human bodies
(Matthew 12:44). By indwelling a person, they obtain a greater advantage
in controlling that person than when they are working from the outside.
Satan is the chief of these evil spirits. Their main objective is to
destroy God's creation, especially humans, because we are made in the
Image of God. (John 10:10)
Demons are also called, evil spirits, unclean spirits, devils. Demons
are the causes for most sicknesses and diseases.
